wow, that was fast! One question, why did your husband get rid of the OS frame? Just curious.

He said he had concerns about the quality of the frame. His next bike was a full suspension, 26-inch Trek Remedy. Pretty much the opposite of the Blackbuck. I think he got sick of riding the rigid bike--his body was feeling the bumps from rocky, rooty trails. I remember him saying he wanted to have fun riding again--so the big, squishy bike it was.

He also mentioned today something about a narrow bottom bracket may have made it a bit flexy.

cool thanks. It's funny because I've gone from a Karate Monkey, to a Niner One 9, to a Niner SIR 9, to a Salsa El Mariachi, to a Seven Ti, to a ti custom, to a GF Rig, and now to a OS Blackbuck. Guess I have the same disease. :)

I think I will be keeping the Blackbuck for a long time (famous last words)

The Blackbuck is a cool looking bike...not many people have one. I hope you keep it for a long time too.
